Kamai One is the lead manager used by Kamai Elevators and its sales team in Tamil Nadu. Kamai Elevators decides what personal data is collected and why, and is responsible for it. Flange (Thoufic Labs (OPC) Private Limited) builds and runs Kamai One for Kamai Elevators and handles the data only on its behalf.

When you ask Kamai Elevators about a lift, through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a phone call, the website or in person, we record your name, phone number, city or area, and what you are looking for (for example the building, the number of floors and when you need it). If a salesperson visits your site, they may add photos of the site and the location of the visit. Quotations we prepare for you are kept with your enquiry.

Leads from Facebook and Instagram reach us from Meta, with the answers you gave on the form, when you submit it.

Staff sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. We keep their name, role, city and the work they record. On Android, with their permission, the app matches calls to customers to record when a call happened and how long it lasted; it keeps only a scrambled code for each number, never the person's other calls.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and follow up until the lift is decided. Kamai uses the figures, without names, to see how its sales team is doing. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Only services that run Kamai One, each for that purpose alone: Vercel (hosting), Neon (the database, in Singapore), Cloudflare (photo and file storage, in Asia-Pacific), MSG91 (sign-in codes by SMS), Sentry (error reports, with no customer details) and Meta (the lead forms you fill in on Facebook and Instagram). Some of them are based outside India.

For as long as Kamai Elevators needs it to deal with your enquiry and keep its business records, and as the law requires. Access is limited to the staff who work on your enquiry and their managers, and every change is recorded.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to contact@teamflange.com with the phone number you used, and we will reply within 30 days. To have a Facebook or Instagram lead deleted, write to the same address.
